10-1 Jumping Jacks, Push ups, Crunches, Squat Jumps

2 minutes of fast knees
2 minutes of fast punches

tons of drilling including combo and clinch work

4x10 Body kicks Left and Right Foot

10-5 Jumping Jacks, Push ups, Crunches, Squat Jumps
