Just got some new weights. All weight is now 35 as opposed to 30 for each dumbbell.

Italian Sammich

Work:
50 Burpees in 4:13

5x6 (Curls/Presses) (Weighted)

60 second Squat hold with 21 rows (1 dumbbell weighted)

2x (20 Pushups, 20 Situps, 20 Squats)

Roast Beef, Stuffing, Corn, Wine
